Returns + Exchanges

At Sivaara Biotech, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and transparent return and exchange process.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 15 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The item is in resalable condition, without any signs of tampering, damage, or wear.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products without original packaging or labels.

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer (unless defective or damaged).

  • Items returned after the 15-day return window.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@sivaara.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will verify your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the product to the address provided in the return email.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged or defective products received.

  • Incorrect items shipped.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@sivaara.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Exchanges will be processed after receiving and inspecting the original item.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@sivaara.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund as applicable.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before it is processed. Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
