We currently offer shipping across India.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery time post-dispatch is 3–5 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner. Please note that delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes, weather conditions, logistical issues, or regional disruptions.
Shipping Charges
We offer the following shipping structure:

Free Shipping on orders with a total value of ₹1,999 or above.

For orders below ₹1,999, standard shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery directly through the courier partner’s tracking portal.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping and contact details are entered correctly at the time of checkout. Sivaara Biotech is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Sivaara Biotech shall not be held responsible for any shipping delays arising from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, or public holidays.
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within this period.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment (where applicable).
